License
Each license is valid for use on one domain or sub-domain i.e. you need to purchase separate plugin license for each domain/sub-domain/folder. You are of course welcome to create a private copy for development purposes.

Support
We provide complimentary support for 90 days for each purchased plugin in the form of an online ticketing system. Our support team will assist with plugin installation, general questions and technical errors. We do not provide bug-fix support for our plugins if they are modified or your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors.
We don't provide support service if you're using illegal(nulled) version of SocialEngine which may cause errors in our plugins.

Refund Policy
We provide refund only if all the following requirements are met:
- refund is requested within 48 hours after purchase
- if your site meets the plugin requirements and essential features of the plugin will not work on your site
- we cannot fix the plugin errors using given ftp, database and admin access credentials
- errors are not caused by your modifications of the plugin or any part of SocialEngine and other plugins

We don't provide refund for the purchased hours packages if they are:
- purchased more than 48 hours ago
- partly used

Refusal of service and business relations
Hire-Experts will terminate all support and business relations in instances of plugin piracy. This includes, but is not limited to "cracked", "nulled", or otherwise unlicensed versions of our plugins

FAQ

Are future updates of plugins free?
You get all minor updates(like 4.1, 4.2) for free, we frequently update our plugins with bug-fixes, new features and enhancements. Major updates like 3.x, 4.x can be purchased at reduced price.

May I change domain later?
Yes, you can change domain and re-link your licenses to new domain. You will need to regenerate our plugins licenses for your new domain. Please go to My Plugins section and regenerate license key for each plugin. Then please go to your site and open Admin Panel > Plugins > Hire-Experts Core > My Licenses where you can type new licenses.
