Mass Mailing Premium plugin

NOTE: this plugin works only on SE3 - version 3 and NOT 4!
Mass Mailing Premium is very useful SociaEngine plugin. It allows admin to easily send messages and email announcements to selected users and subscribers. Also group and event owners/officers can send mass message.

Mass Mailing Premium plugin features:

• recipients restriction by user level and subnetwork
• recipients restriction by profile fields: only for female recipients, 18 years old users, etc
• you can use placeholders(like recipient display name and email) in an announcement's subject and message body
