Terms of Service

License
Each license is valid for use on one domain or sub-domain i.e. you need to purchase separate plugin license for each domain/sub-domain/folder. You are of course welcome to create a private copy for development purposes.

Support
We provide complimentary support for 14 days for each purchased plugin in the form of an online ticketing system. Our support team will assist with plugin installation, general questions and technical errors. We do not provide bug-fix support for our plugins if they are modified or your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors.
As soon as 14 days expires, you need to purchase our Paid Support($10/mo) or subscribe to Standard OR Premium plans.
We don't provide support service if you're using illegal(nulled) version of SocialEngine or if you didn't provide SocialEngine Admin panel (Superadmin), FTP login details to your site.

Customization
We provide customization services for SocialEngine. The hourly rate is 25$ per hour. The customer pays for customization in advance, once invoice is created.
We reserve the right to accept or reject the customization.
- We don't provide update service for the modified plugins. If you need to update the customized plugins, the time which is spent for work will be evaluated by our developers according to our rate - $25 per hour.
- We do not store the code of customizations we made, you need to save a backup of your customization yourself.

Refund Policy
We provide refund only if all the following requirements are met:
- refund is requested within 24 hours after purchase
- if your site meets the plugin requirements and essential features of the plugin will not work on your site
- we cannot fix the plugin errors using given ftp, database and admin access credentials
- errors are not caused by your modifications of the plugin or any part of SocialEngine and other plugins

We don't provide refund for the purchased hours packages if they are:
- purchased more than 24 hours ago
- partly used

Refusal of service and business relations
Hire-Experts will terminate all support and business relations in instances of plugin piracy. This includes, but is not limited to "cracked", "nulled", or otherwise unlicensed versions of our plugins

Subscription Plans Terms
If you are interested in subscriptions(Standard & Premium plans), then please read more about them here.

  • ● you will get access to existing 56 plugins, their updates and future Hire-Experts plugins for SocialEngine PHP(SE4);
  • ● we provide services only for Hire-Experts Team developed plugins and applications;
  • ● our services don't cover custom modifications & 3d party plugins;
  • ● no long term contracts - only on monthly basis;
  • ● by subscribing to our subscription plan, you accept the recurring payment by our side;
  • ● no refunds are available - you can cancel the subscription at anytime;
  • ● the plugins, license keys and support will be disabled if your subscription expires, but you can extend it at anytime;
  • ● each license is valid for use on one domain, sub-domain or folder i.e. if you are subscribed to 1-Site Standard/Premium plan then you can use plugins only one copy of SocialEngine;
  • ● we provide a special development license for your test/development/private SocialEngine site;
  • ● if you are moving from Limited plan to Standard|Premium then you won't be able to revert back;
  • ● we work on apps submission to App Store only after subscribing to Premium plan, no refund is available if your app is rejected by App Store;
