Pages category fields on search are not working

I have the pages plugin installed on my website but when i create the fields for the categories, they dont show properly on the search. As my website is customized, I hired a developer to install the updated plugin on a dev site, that dont contain the customizations and its not working either. The dev site is
login as: [email protected]
password: password

Hi, I'm trying to pay to have the right to open a ticket(something i think its not ok, mostly for the people that bought plugins before the support started to be charged) but its not working. My credit card is international so I cant understand why.

Hi Anton,
Thanks for your response, but I have a question. My website have customizations so you shouldnt touch the codes. Thats why my developer created a dev site and installed the last version of the pages plugin to see if it was a problem of the customizations or a problem of the plugin. It seems it is a problem of the plugin as the dev site is an entirely fresh site without any customization. You never received any complaint about it?
