Why are my credit purchases failing?

"There was an error processing your payment, try again later." is the message members are getting and they say it's on my end, not PayPal. The error comes after confirming all details on PayPal and agreeing to the sale, then appears when they come back to my site. Error log shows nothing. Credit transactions shows nothing. PayPal transactions show nothing.
