Using Newsletter plugin it's preferable to send not more than 100 per minute. It dependence on capacity of server. But we advice to set amount that will not reach 100 letters per minute.

If amount of users is lower then it's allowed. For example if number of users less then 1000. If more than 3000 users then it's not advisable to make dispatches everyday. Because all previous dispatches must be completed prior to beginning of next dispatch. If your server capacity allows you to send all letters for 1 day and process completing properly to next dispatch, then you can send everyday without precautions.

Preferable capacity of operating memory for completion of script not less then 128 mb (memory limit). Execution time supposed to be higher them 60 mill-seconds.

To define an exact reason we need to enter your site. But often reason of problems with dispatching in Newsletter occurs due to an out-dated version of SE. Please upgrade your SE to a latest version for a stable work of all our plugins including Newsletter updates. Please check first the version of your SE and inform us which version do you use.
